Construction

The outer casing is made of thick mild sheet, painted with stove enameled paint. Heating elements are made of high quality Kantahal-A-1 wire and embedded on the ceramic muffle with high grade refractory cement and backed on high temp. The furnace is insulated with ceramic fibre insulation which avoid the heat and makes the furnace light weight in comparison to the tradition furnaces.

Control Panel

The furnace is complete with energy regulator, pyrometer, silver fuse, neon indicator to work on 220 VAC 50 Hz.

Mamimuim Temp

Furnaces of maximum temp. 1000°C the working temp. will be 950°C

Furnaces of maximum temp. 1200°C the working temp. will be 1150°C
